Yes yes, it's been awhile. Lots and lots going on, changing, etc.

Sooo, the basics. Finished out the year with a cumulative 3.75 GPA (respectable). Started going out with my new girl, Michelle, in February and we're still goin strong nearly 5 months later.

Nowadays I'm doing in Austin, TX doing an internship with National Instruments. I'm working on implementing a hardware stop trigger for waveform generation on the NI 6545 FPGA board. Fun stuffish but definitely a temporary sort of place for me.

In other news I just got accepted for some weird position I applied for called a Technical Microsoft Student Partner. Apparently I get a whole bunch of benefits I'm not too humble to brag about:

* 5-7 hours a week at $10.00/hour
* MSDN Universal Subscription ($11,000 value)
* Training and information on new products and technologies, as well as previews
* Hardware: Hewlett-Packard laptop, model TBD
* Opportunities to earn additional monetary compensation

In other other news, DA is definitely on the backburner these days but I can always rely on the random fav every week or so .
